The questions
- Can you see the source of each line?
- If the video says 20 seconds, the tool should point at the line in your document that says 20 seconds. Without that, every video needs a full manual check.
- Do you approve it before it is made?
- Approve the script and each scene first, so you never watch a finished video only to start again.
- Can you change one thing?
- Fixing one step should leave the rest alone. Ask what happens to the parts you already approved.
- Does it fit your LMS?
- Look for SCORM and captions, not only an MP4.
- What happens to your documents?
- They should be used only to make your lesson, never to train models, and deleted when you ask.
