Terms of Service

Leap converts uploaded SOPs, policies, manuals, and work instructions into training modules with narration, quizzes, MP4 output, and SCORM packaging on eligible plans. You upload content, we process it, and deliver generated training artifacts for your review before use.

• You must provide a valid email to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to generate your videos. We do not claim ownership of your documents or generated videos.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use the content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content.
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission.

Starter and Team plans bill through Stripe when selected. Concierge implementation, white-label partner work, and compliance contracts may use annual invoicing, purchase orders, and NET-30 terms when agreed in writing.

You can cancel from the billing portal before a renewal, and your access continues through the end of the billing period. Included usage, add-on pricing, and annual discounts are displayed at checkout or in the signed order form and may change prospectively with notice.

Refunds are handled case by case. Contact support@askleap.ai promptly if a charge appears incorrect. Repeated charges, add-on usage, and misuse are not guaranteed refunds.

Videos are generated automatically from your source material. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated content is error-free. You are responsible for reviewing videos before distributing them. Leap is not liable for decisions made based on generated training content.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leap's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida.
