Where is our data stored, and who can see it?
Uploaded procedures are processed in US-based cloud infrastructure. Source files and project records are scoped to the customer workflow; render-time media assets may use unlisted public-read URLs so generated modules and SCORM packages can play correctly. We do not use your content to train AI models. Team and higher-plan customers can request a subprocessor list and security overview.
What happens when a procedure changes?
Re-upload the updated document and generate a new package for review. Your LMS records the assignment learners complete, and Leap keeps project history so your team can connect the training package to the source version before rollout.
Does it work with our LMS?
Team exports SCORM 1.2 packages for SCORM-conformant LMSs. The free first package is built to show the SCORM-ready handoff when LMS tracking matters, but your team still approves the course before assignment. You can also use MP4 video for simpler delivery.
