What we collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us.
This page covers the askleap.ai website and the documents you send us in the private beta. Both are run by DeepStack Labs LLC ("Leap"), based in Gainesville, Florida. The Leap application has its own terms that you agree to when you receive beta access.
What this site collects
Page views and a handful of anonymous events (a video played, the examples reached, a request sent), counted by cookieless, privacy-friendly page analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you; it records the page, a coarse location and the browser type. Nothing else is collected automatically. See Cookies.
What you send us
If you request beta access, the email address, role, document type and where you heard about us are delivered to sid@askleap.ai through a transactional email provider, which also keeps our beta list. The address of the page that linked you here is sent with them. If that fails, the form opens the same message in your own mail app instead.
We use what you send to reply to you and to decide whether the beta is a fit. We do not sell it or add you to a list you did not ask for.
Documents you share with us
If you send a document so we can build a lesson with you, we treat it as confidential. We use it only to make that lesson and to check the lesson against it. We do not train models on it, publish it, or reuse it for anyone else. We delete it when you ask.
Who processes data
Leap runs on outside services in these categories:
- Cloud hosting and delivery
- Database and file storage
- AI model providers, used under terms that prohibit training on customer data
- Speech synthesis, for narration
- Transactional email
Each one handles data only to provide its service to us. We share the named list on request, under NDA or in a data processing agreement. More on the trust page.

Fonts, images and videos are served from askleap.ai. A link to LinkedIn takes you to that site, which has its own privacy practices. The sources behind the examples on this site are listed on the credits page.
Your choices
Write to sid@askleap.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply to every request.
