Privacy Policy

• Account info: email address and hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth).
• Uploaded content: PDF files and text you submit for video generation. We store these in secure cloud storage to process your videos.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

• To generate training videos from your uploaded documents.
• To manage your account and process payments.
• To send transactional emails (video ready, account updates).
• To improve our service.

We do not sell your personal data or uploaded content to third parties.

We use the following services to operate Leap. All are US-based vendors with their own privacy policies.

• Supabase - authentication, database, file storage.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) - US-East-1 region for video rendering and storage.
• Vercel - application hosting.
• Stripe - payment processing. We never see or store your card number.
• Resend - transactional email.

Your uploaded SOPs are processed through US-based AI infrastructure to generate your training artifacts. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models. A subprocessor list and security overview are available on request for Team and higher-plan customers - email support@askleap.ai with subject line [security].

Your uploaded files and generated videos are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time from your dashboard. To delete your full account, email support@askleap.ai; we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days of the request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at support@askleap.ai. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not run advertising cookies or remarketing pixels.
